Day 1: Newbies: 1 mile run (no walking, easy pace), Beginners: 3 mile run (no walking, easy pace)

My activity: 4 mile run

Day 2: Newbies: NTC Get Toned Beginner Fast and Flexible  Beginners: NTC Get Toned Beginner Body Flexor

My activity: NTC Get Strong Intermediate Perfect Score workout

Day 3: Newbies: 1.2 mile run (no walking, easy pace),  Beginners: 3.2 mile run (no walking, easy pace)

My activity: 5 mile run

Day 4: Newbies: .75 mile run (no walking, easy to moderate pace) Beginners: 2 mile run (no walking, easy pace)

My activity: NTC Class

Day 5: Rest

Day 6: Cross-train with elliptical, bicycle, or swimming

My activity: Soccer, NTC Get Focused Core Power

Day 7: Newbies: 1.5 mile run (easy pace, avoid walking)  Beginners: 3.5 mile run (easy pace)

My activity: 10 mile run
