My activity: NTC Get Focused Leaner Legs Workout, Get Focused Alpha Abs

Day 2: Newbies:1 mile jog   Beginners: 1.5 mile run (no walking)

My activity: 4 mile run

Day 3: Newbies: 1 mile run (can take only one break halfway, easy to moderate pace)  Beginners: 2 mile run (easy to moderate pace, no walking)

My activity: 3 mile run

Optional activities: swimming, biking, elliptical

Day 4: Newbies: NTC Get Focused Vinyasa Rush Studio    Beginners: HIIT Workout

My activity: Rest

Day 5: Rest

My activity: NTC Get Toned Beginner Energizer

Day 6: Newbies: Cross-train cardio activity for 25 minutes   Beginners: Cross-train cardio activity for 40 minutes

My activity: 1 hour soccer, NTC Get Lean Beginner Slim Effect Workout

Day 7: Newbies: 1 mile run (no walking, medium to moderate pace)  Beginners: 2.5 mile run (no walking, easy to moderate pace)

My activity: 9 mile run
