Break barriers on week 6.

Day 1: Newbies: .40 slow jog (repeat three times with breaks in between). Beginners: 1.5 mile jog (no walking)

My activity: Stretching and rest

Optional activities: treadmill, elliptical, swimming

Day 2: Newbies: video  Beginners: video

My activity: NTC Get Focused Alpha Abs and NTC Get Focused Ab Burner

Day 3: Newbies: .75 slow jog (no walking, no breaks). Beginners: 2 mile jog (no walking, no breaks)

My activity: Pilates class

Day 4: Rest

My activity: NTC Get Toned Beginner Body Flexor workout

Day 5: Newbies: 1 mile jog (no walking, no breaks). Beginners: 2.5 mile run (moderate pace, no walking, no breaks)

My activity: 3 mile run

Day 6: Newbies: NTC Get Lean Beginner Fighter Fit. Beginners: NTC Get Lean Beginner Sweat and Shape

My activity: NTC Get Toned Beginner Energizer Workout

Day 7: Rest

My activity: 4 mile run

Optional activities: swimming, yoga, low impact sports
